No. Sigmate publishes detected on-chain activity, not recommendations. Pool wallets can be wrong, tokens can be rugged, and markets can move against you. Size positions accordingly and assume any trade can lose.

No. Sigmate is strictly a signal service. We never touch your funds, never hold your private keys, and never place trades on your behalf. You decide what to do with every signal.

In meme-coin clusters, price action often moves within the first 10 seconds of detection. Receiving a signal 30 seconds before the public Telegram channel is the difference between entering into the initial fill and buying the follow-on pump, which is where liquidity is thinnest and slippage worst.

When the public channel already contains two or more B, A, or S rank signals in the previous 24 hours, the next A or S signal is marked premium-only and never posted publicly. It still fires on every premium channel (DM, webhook, API stream). See the Anatomy of a signal page for the gate logic.

Every plan is paid in USDC on Solana via the Solana Pay flow. You scan a QR or tap a link from any Solana wallet, the transaction confirms on-chain in seconds, and your subscription activates immediately. No recurring charges, no stored payment method: renew by paying again when your plan expires.

Payments are on-chain transfers, so there is no programmatic refund path. If a payment is credited to the wrong tier or we incorrectly refuse a seat, reach out and we will resolve it manually. Otherwise, try the 7-day $7 trial before committing to a longer subscription.

Please do not. One concurrent connection per key, and if a second connection opens the first is dropped. Sharing a key will just disconnect each of you in turn.

Premium delivery stops immediately. API stream connections terminate with a 403 on the next read. Webhook POSTs stop firing. Telegram DMs stop. Your configuration (filters, linked Telegram, webhook secret, API keys) is preserved, so if you resubscribe later, everything picks back up.

Yes. The public channel is free forever. Premium exists to deliver the head-start, exclusive alerts, alternate channels, and tooling.

Wallets are added to the pool based on a composite of realized PnL, win rate, trade count, and multi-source corroboration. The pool rotates: new strong performers graduate in, persistent weak performers rotate out. We do not disclose the scoring weights or the full ingestion pipeline, since that is the core of the service's edge.
